Meet your pediatric dentist
Dr. Christi Walsh
Dr. Christi Walsh, known affectionately as Dr. Christi by her patients, brings over a decade of pediatric dental expertise rooted in education, community service, and a true love for working with children. Her journey began in 2007 while teaching English and self-care at an orphanage in Peru. That formative experience inspired a lifelong commitment to youth wellness and education, ultimately leading her into dentistry.
She earned her Bachelor of Science from Bowling Green State University before obtaining her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from The Ohio State University in 2014. Dr. Christi further honed her clinical skills in a General Practice Residency, followed by her Pediatric Dental Residency at St. Barnabas Hospital in the Bronx, New York.
Dr. Christi is Board Certified in Pediatric Dentistry and is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the Ohio Dental Association, and the Cleveland Dental Society. Her clinical experience includes providing care within school-based health centers and at a Federally Qualified Health Center, where she realized the significant need for pediatric dental services in her own community.
As a mom of toddlers herself, Dr. Christi understands both the joys and challenges of early childhood, and she brings that empathy to every appointment. Her care philosophy centers on honest communication, direct kindness, and teamwork, both internally with her staff and in partnership with families.
Dr. Christi especially loves helping children face their fears and build confidence by creating a calm, welcoming experience. Whether it’s a gentle cleaning or an airway screening, her goal is always to make sure your child leaves the office smiling. With strong ties to the community and a clear focus on prevention and comfort, Dr. Christi is proud to offer a dental home where families can grow together.

Dr. Eilish Welsh
Dr. Eilish Welsh is a Board-Certified Pediatric Dentist who brings a calm, compassionate, and relationship-focused approach to caring for children. She’s known for her gentle demeanor, thoughtful communication, and ability to connect with even the most hesitant patients—helping children feel comfortable, understood, and safe at every visit.
Her approach to care is shaped by a deep interest in nutrition, airway health, and tethered oral tissues, along with a commitment to staying at the forefront of pediatric dentistry through ongoing education. As a Breathe Institute Ambassador, Dr. Eilish values working closely with other providers—including ENTs, lactation consultants, pediatricians, and speech therapists—to support each child’s overall health and development. She has a special passion for caring for children with special healthcare needs, inspired by her own personal family experience, and is dedicated to creating a supportive, individualized environment for every patient.
Originally from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, she completed her undergraduate studies at St. Joseph’s University and went on to earn her dental degree and complete her pediatric residency at Case Western Reserve University, where she served as Chief Resident. She has been recognized as one of Greater Cleveland’s Top Dentists and recently published research focused on identifying risk factors for dental neglect in children. Dr. Eilish is proud to be part of the Little Roots team, where she helps create a warm, collaborative space for families to feel cared for and confident in their child’s health.
